The Madison Square Garden Company today unveiled #Garden366, an interactive social media wall within the Garden that honors some of the greatest sports, entertainment and political moments in the more than 135-year history at “The World’s Most Famous Arena” sponsored by SAP SE, the Official Social Media Analytics Partner of MSG.
Located on the SAP Madison Concourse, this 7 x 16 foot interactive digital display brings to life the Arena’s “Garden 366 sponsored by SAP exhibit,” which was unveiled as part of The Garden’s historic transformation. The exhibit -- and now the interactive social media wall -- celebrates one moment in The Garden’s history for every day of the year and both are ever evolving displays that continue to reflect the many great moments that occur at The Garden. Fans are also able to use #Garden366 to share content related to these special events via social media platforms - including Facebook and Twitter.
#Garden366 leverages SAP HANA® Cloud Platform and uses social media analytics to measure fan sentiment in real time on popular topics. On #Garden366, fans can view live social media insights that highlight where in New York and around the world people are discussing the Garden 366 moments, Madison Square Garden, the Knicks, Rangers, Liberty, concerts and other Garden events. A dedicated website, MSGGardenMoments.com, is scheduled to launch in early 2015 and will give fans outside the Arena a chance to experience the interactive features of the #Garden366 wall.
